Martyna has spent over nine years in recruitment and has seen the industry from every angle. She started her career at a global firm recruiting finance professionals, before moving into internal hiring for recruitment agencies - giving her a deep understanding of the real impact each hire has, whether that’s within a large international business or a young company scaling fast.

She’s lived and worked in London, New York, and Dubai, and understands the realities of hiring across different markets, cultures, and stages of growth.

 

In 2023, Martyna founded Unfiltered in Dubai - arriving without an existing network and building the business from scratch. Today, she works closely with founders and leadership teams as a true partner, not a supplier.

She also hosts the Recruitment Unfiltered podcast, where she speaks openly with founders and recruiters about what it really takes to build teams and businesses.

Now she focuses on connecting ambitious recruiters with opportunities in New York, Austin, Miami and Dubai. Having relocated multiple times herself - she's ready to support you every step of the way!
